On the afternoon of April 12, 2015, Tian Wang held a release conference of their new product, Aeon series in Changchun, “the spring city of north China”, and invited “ageless idol” Jimmy Lin as the guest. However, because the scene was extraordinarily exciting and there were too many onlookers, for security reasons, the release conference had to be cancelled temporarily and Jimmy Lin could not be present to share the grand occasion with everyone.

On the afternoon of the event, the location was transformed into a sea of people. Tens of thousands of Changchun residents had come, creating a jam at the site. Three hours before the event, a large number of people were constantly pouring in. Around one hour before the activity, the whole site, which is nearly ten thousand square meters, the entrances and exits, all the watching platforms on the second floor as well as hundreds of meters away from the scene of Tian Wang in the outside area were all crowded with enthusiastic fans and people. In view of the growing enthusiasm of the audience as well as the sheer crowd on the site, for security reasons, Tian Wang had to cancel the event before it started. Thus Jimmy Lin could not be present at the scene to share the wonderful occasion of Tian Wang’s new product, the Aeon (Round Times) series. After learning about the Changchun people’s enthusiasm through other channels, Jimmy Lin also posted a tweet on Sina Weibo to show his regret for the cancelation of the event.
