Tian Wang Watch conducted its first session of training on ‘Watch Assembly and Maintenance Service on May 7th, at Tian Wang Watch Headquarters in Shenzhen. More than 20 maintenance technicians from all regions of the country participated in the first session of training. Further training will be conducted for maintenance technicians.

In order to further improve the brand's after-sales service, and deliver a premium experience to customers Tian Wang Watch conducted its first training session on ‘Watch Assembly and Maintenance Service’ on May 7the, 2014 at the headquarters of Tian Wang Watch in Shenzhen. More than 20 maintenance technicians from all regions of the country participated in the first session of training. Further training will be provided to maintenance technicians.

The course includes both theory and practical sessions. On the first day of the class, Tian Wang Watch’s leader delivered a speech at the opening ceremony, explaining the contents of the course and training related issues, and encouraged them to make the most of their time and learning, so that they could equip themselves with the maintenance skills required to better serve their the customers of Tian Wang Watch. During the theory and practical sessions, participants showed great interest and curiosity at all levels. They soaked in both the theoretical and structural aspects of the watch and clock, and exchanged their watch repair experiences with each other.

The participants went through several days of intense training to gain theoretical knowledge of watches, commonly reported faults and issues with mechanical and quartz watches, repairing various parts of a watch, and other relevant skills. At the end of the training, participants acquired knowledge and skills in the application of the latest watch detection equipment.

Tian Wang Watch combines theoretical knowledge with practical skills in order to cultivate talents. Theory was followed by rigorous examination of practical applications to enable the students to strengthen their understanding of the basic principles of a watch. Further, they refined their skills in watch failure analysis, elimination and maintenance. All participants passed their practical exams with flying colors, which marked the successful conclusion of Tian Wang Watch’s first training session on ‘Watch Assembly and Maintenance Service.’  

With the support of the professional ‘watch maintenance’ team, a comprehensive upgradation of service systems and network layout, and  further improvement of its after-sales services, Tian Wang Watch will be in a position  to provide better after-sales services to customers,  gain their trust and recognition, and  consolidate its footprint in the wrist watch sector.
